TRANSFORMED SELF-UNDERSTANDING INTO COLLECTIVE LEADERSHIP
In partnership with the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA), BREAKTHRU designed a third-year Emerging Leaders program to help rising coaches lead with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
Through personalized Leadership Type Assessments, 1-on-1 Discovery Sessions, and a collective Group Integration Session, participants explored their unique strengths, aspirations, and growth edges. Individual Insights Reports gave each coach language for their leadership style, while a Group Insights Report equipped WBCA with strategic understanding of shared values, needs, and opportunities.

ENHANCED Belonging WITH A VIRTUAL LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
We collaborated with a global cohort of 20 Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders to advance inclusive leadership and empower participants to lead authentically.
Through the Spectrum of Leadership Empowerment® (SLE®), participants explored their unique leadership styles, developed personalized Leadership Strategies, and gained insights into collaborating across diverse leadership approaches. The program included Leadership Type mapping, communication planning, and goal-setting, delivered in just three hours of dedicated time through virtual sessions.

BOOSTED CONFIDENCE WITH AN ON-DEMAND SOLUTION
In partnership with an organization’s leadership development team, we created an on-demand program designed to equip senior leaders with personalized Leadership Strategies to confidently navigate key career inflection points.
When needed, participants explored their Spectrum of Leadership Empowerment® (SLE®) Leadership Type, strengths, aspirations, and goals through virtual individual Discovery Sessions and on-demand curriculum. The program also provided insights for the group to better position their work for increased impact.
